A Protective Court

It is amazing when we have masterclass of Constitutional Law given by the Supreme Court Justices themselves.

States do not have the power to stop presidencial elections. They have the power to regulate their own elections. A State Court should not try to alter the fate of the country by itself. Besides, the American Constitution has clearly given Congress the power to act exclusively in such cases.

In my opinion, it’s really nice to see a court upholding the law even when it has the formal power to interfere.
